4 apricots 1 tbsp sugar a few drops of lemon 1 tl olive oil 4 slices of sourdough or nut bread 100 g roquefort branch of cervical for garnish

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Let the apricots simmer for five minutes together with the sugar, lemon and olive oil and mash into compote.

Toast the slices of bread.

Cover them with the Roquefort and then put some compote on it.

Cut into bite -sized pieces and garnish with a leaf of chervil.
