300 g dark chocolate (min 70% cocoa)
black pepper, fresh from the mill

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Coarsely chop the pistachio nuts and put them in a small bowl. Clean the strawberries with a dry cloth or brush. Melt the chocolate au bain-marie or in the microwave. (If you use the microwave, stir regularly!)

Immerse the strawberries in the melted chocolate and turn them into the pistachio nuts. Add black pepper and place them on a dish. Let it set in a fridge for 30 minutes.
