This summer I will once again be working as Chef in Residence, and I can't wait to cook from 11 to 14 June at the beautiful Club Med Vittel Ermitage – an art deco gem in the middle of greenery.

On holiday you want to let go, relax, enjoy. Well, that is exactly what you can do. I will happily take over the cooking for you. You simply join us for summer flavours, surprising dishes and cosy table moments that you will enjoy for a long time to come.

Last year I was able to experience that in the sun-drenched Marbella . And what a wonderful experience it was! That mix of atmosphere, carefree and delicious food… that stays with me. This year we are going for that feeling again – but then in the fresh green of the French nature.
