2 greedy cuts of sourdough bread cut lengthwise
200 g Greek yogurt
2 tbsp finely sliced ​​curly parsley
2 tbsp finely chopped chives
2 tbsp of rapeseed oil
Peper van de Molen, Fleur de Sel
4 leaves of young lettuce
2 large tomatoes
150 g hand peeled North Sea shrimp
1 hard -boiled egg

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Peel the tomatoes: Place them for 10 seconds in boiling water, refreshed in ice cold water, remove the skin, cut into slices.

Peel the egg and crush it roughly.

Mix the chives and parsley under the yogurt with rapeseed oil and pezo.

Spread the herbal yogurt on the sandwich.

Place the lettuce and slices of tomato on top.

Sprinkle the shrimp and then the eggs above.

Finish with pepper from the mill.
