400 g turkey minced meat (or chicken or mixed)
1 toe look
1 spring onion chopped
100 g brie in pieces
2 tbsp handful of cranberries Coared
2 tbsp chives finely cut

1 egg
1 tbsp milk

How do you make this?

Mix the minced meat well with all the ingredients.

Cut the dough into 2 tires, or 4 rectangles.

Make 2 or 4 sausages from your minced meat and always put in the middle of your piece of dough.

Make sure the meat sausage just reaches the dough.

Beat yolk and milk together and brush 1 side of the dough.

Roll so that you get a nice role.

Place on a baking sheet with baking paper and brush them with Dorure.

Bake 25 ’at 185 ° until they are nicely golden brown baked.

Let them cool and cut them into bite -sized pieces with bread knife.
