For the sesame rice:
1 bag of jasmine rice
2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
Juice of ½ lime

Vegetables:
300 grams of Bimi
300 grams of snow peas
1 cucumber
2 hard -boiled eggs
4 coffee spoons imposed ginger on juice
1 packet of shoots of your choice

Honey-sojas sauce:
7 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon of honey
1 tablespoon of mustard
3 tablespoons of oil
Juice of ½ lime

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Wash and carefully dry all vegetables and herbs.

Cut the bimi into smaller pieces and clean the snow peas. Wok this short and powerfully in some coconut oil or neutral oil with salt and pepper. Keep warm.

Cut the cucumber with a mandolin into fine strings.

Mix all the ingredients for the dressing well.

Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package. Then mix in the sesame seed and the juice of half a lime.

Grease a small bowl with some oil and press the rice firmly.

Dress the vegetables and garnishes around the rice. Serve with the honey-sojas sauce.
