45 g fine coconut flower
1 TL baking soda
1 TL Fleur de Sel
1 Kl vanilla Essence
60 ml of coconut oil melted, not hot
60 ml of maple syrup
1 handful of dark chocolate drops min 70%

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.

Mix the syrup in the coconut oil with the vanilla essence and add this mixture to the dry ingredients, mix until everything hangs together.

You can scoop the dough with ice cream in even portions, press the balls dough well between 2 hands, it is normal that it crumbles a bit.

Form cookies on a baking sheet with baking paper.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 175 °.
