½ recipe pastry cream, cooled
1 tablespoon of flower sugar
Fruit pieces and nuts of your choice for decoration

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Roll the puff pastry evenly on a baking tray covered with a non -stick baking mat.

Pierce the dough everywhere with a fork for an even baking result.

Cover the dough with extra baking mats or baking paper and a bowl of grille to keep the dough flat and crispy.

Bake for 25-30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 ° C.

Allow to cool without removing the lid.

Cut the edges straight and divide it into 16 equal pieces.

Beat the pastry cream and put in a piping bag with a solid nozzle.

Build each tompouce with alternately a low puff pastry and cream.
