Preparation method

How do you make this?

Put all the ingredients in a cutter. Mix until everything starts to hang together.

Form a flat ball and let it set in the fridge for 1 hour. You can also keep a part longer in the freezer for later.

Preheat the oven to 150 ° C.

Roll out the dough to 3 mm thick and stick out with a hand shape.

Pleat the 4 middle fingers inside. Thumbs Up!

Bake the cookies for 10 to 12 minutes. They should not color, but are baked.
