Preparation method

How do you make this?

Season the bolts and color them all around in the bottom of the tagine with peanut oil, keep them aside.

Add garlic, onion, ginger, crushed cumin, cinnamon and paprika powder and fry everything together until it starts to smell delicious and spicy.

If necessary, add some oil, extinguish with the broth, add tomatoes and simmer for a while, season with salt and pepper.

Cut the tomatoes into cubes, peel the carrots and cut into 2 pieces, peel the pumpkin, pits and cut into pieces.

Arrange the vegetables together with the bolts in the tower shape in the tagine, make sure that the lid fits on it, now simmer for about 30 minutes, add the olives and push the dates into the gravy.

Let it simmer for another 10 minutes.

Cook the semolina as stated on the package.

Put everything on the table, serve with some Harissa if you like Spicy.
