Preparation method

How do you make this?

Stamppot was thoroughly and wider the endive, put leaves on top of each other and chop finely.

Peel the onion, cut into slices and stew into lump butter, add endive, let stew until moisture has evaporated.

Peel the potatoes and cook or steam.

Add to the endive with sour cream pepper and salt.

Stamp well together.

Schnitsels cut the chicken breasts in half in patches, possibly beat even flatter between plastic foil with degrol.

Or: peel and cut half a celeriac and a few turns into large pieces, steam them and let them drain.

Place in a baking dish.

Season with salt and pepper.

Beat the 2 eggs well, divide over the meat/vegetables and mix well.

Now push them into the breadcrumbs one by one.

Bake until golden brown on both sides in lump butter and dash of peanut oil.

Salsa was the radishes, finely chop them and put them in a small bowl.

Finely chop spring onion and onion, mix under the radishes together with oil, vinegar, pepper and salt.
