Preparation method

How do you make this?

Mix the yeast under the milk, let it stand for 5 minutes.

Put the flour in a bowl with the salt on the side.

Make a well in the middle of the flower and pour in a part of the milk.

Start stirring from the middle and make a batter, stir more and more milk and make a nice smooth dough, add egg and honey and beat everything well.

If you had to have lumps, put the hand blender in it.

Let the batter rest for an hour in a warm place.

Stir the dough and put it in a spray bottle.

Warm up the poffertjes pan, rub each well with some butter, fill each slightly more than half and bake to bottom is light brown, with a wooden brochette stick you turn each poffertje and let it shift briefly.

Serve warm with flower sugar and possibly a knob of butter.
