3 tsp baking powder
½ fluorescent salt
1 tbsp sugar
2 large eggs

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Separate the eggs.

Beat the yolks and mix in the buttermilk.

Mix flour, baking powder, sugar and vanilla energy.

Put half of the buttermilk mixture underneath the flour and beat until there are no more lumps, add the rest of the buttermilk.

If you had to have any lumps, sieve or mix the dough.

Beat the egg whites with the salt and mix carefully under the dough.

Allow a large frying pan on the heat, spread in with some oil and pour dough in the pan that you have pancakes of approx. 10 cm diameter, let it bake for a while until they form blisters at the top, turn around and let it bake even further, fry all the dough on.

To serve, stack a pancake or 3 to 4 on each other per plate, pour the maple syrup on top and sprinkle some blueberries and sliced ​​strawberries.

Possibly sprinkle some flower sugar on it.
