70 g crispy cashew nuts
1 teaspoon of Premium Fleur de Sel

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Carefully clean the padrón pepers under running water.

Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the peppers, shake regularly for even preparation. After about five minutes the peppers start to form and shrink blisters, indicating that they are ready.

Serve the perfectly fried peppers on a large plate. Sprinkle with crispy cashew nuts and finish with a touch of Fleur de Sel for extra taste.
