Focaccia
590 ml of lukewarm water
6 g dry yeast (or 1 teaspoon)
1 teaspoon of sugar
700 g wheat flour
12 g zoutvlokken
100 ml of olive oil, plus some extra
½ bunch of thyme
Rectangular baking tin of approximately 40 × 25 cm
Toppings
250 g cream cheese
250 G basil pesto
1 Roman lettuce
A few slices of Goudse or other cheese
Some slices of Mortadella Piccante
1 large sweet onion, in discs
