1 ripe pineapple
1 lime

1 sheet of crust dough
600 ml of coconut cream
1 vanilla sock
6 large eggs
100 g coconut sugar sugar
3 tbsp coconut flakes
Juice of and grater from 1 lime peel
1 pinch of salt

1 cake pan of 30 cm diameter

How do you make this?

Roll out the dough and bake it blind at 180 ° with baking paper covered with baking pearls or split peas. Beat the yolks, the sugar and vanilla into a thick foam. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt. Mix the cream, grated skin and the lime juice and protein underneath. Pour the mixture into the baking tin.
