1 celeriac of approx. 800g
250-300 g floral potatoes
1 Klont butter
150 ml of hot milk
Pepper and salt

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Peel the potatoes and the celeriac and cut both into equal pieces. Steam them for 25 minutes with some salt or until they are soft.

Turn them through a passe-vite for a creamy result or let yourself go well with a puree stemper, mix the butter and herbs, taste and season with a puree stemper. If you are a fan of muskate nut, then there is certainly a pinch.

You can prepare in advance and then heat up in microgolf or in an oven dish with some chapelure and lumps of butter over, in the oven;
