80 g oatmeal flower
30 g Chia seed (20 minutes soaked in 250 ml of water)
1 snuff baking powder
180 ml of vegetable milk
1 KL agave
Coconut oil to bake

200 g coconut yogurt
3 tbsp thawed raspberries
Agave syrup

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Crush the raspberries under the coconut yogurt.

Put all the ingredients for the pancakes in a bowl and mix well.

Let it rest for 15 minutes (or make the dough the day before).

Heat some oil in a frying pan and pour small pancakes from the batter.

Let them bake until you see holes and then flip them.

Fold further on a medium heat.

Serve with the raspberry yogurt.
