Quantity: 20 pieces

1 egg
200g fine almond powder
1 tbsp chia seed
1 tsp of salt
1 tbsp thyme, finely cut

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Mix all ingredients into a dough.

Roll out the mixture between 2 sheets of baking paper.

Cut out cookies in the desired shape, with a mold or by hand.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in a pre -warmed oven at 170 °.

Allow to cool and serve with your favorite dip.
