4 eggs
90 g butter
140 g unrefined dark cane sugar
80 g almond powder
100 g dark chocolate min 70%
Sniff salt
1 tbsp yeast
1 vanilla pod

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Split the egg yolk from the protein.

Beat the egg whites with the sugar, inside of vanilla pod and pinch of salt.

Beat until the sugar is completely melted and you have a frothy mass.

Melt the butter and chocolate au bain-marie.

Beat the egg yolks and mix the yolks and melted chocolate with butter.

Mix almond powder and yeast together and add.

Gently stir everything well together.

Divide into 6 jars and steam on the program Medium Steam, 100 degrees for 9 minutes.

Remove them and put a piece of chocolate in each bowl.

Serve immediately.
