1 Daikon
1 tsp of salt
4 cm ginger
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 big plastic bag with zipper

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Peel the Daikon and cut it into thick bars of about 1 cm, put in the bag.

Peel the ginger, cut into fine slices and then into fine julienne.

Add together in the bag with the salt and vinegar, zip closed and shake well so that everything is nicely mixed.

Let it rest for minus 1 hour, remove it, and it is ready to eat.
