Ingredients

What do you need?

Quantity: 4P

800 g cod fillet without bones

Marinade for the fish
3 toes look grated
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp sriracha
Sixthe of 1 lime
1 Kloriander powder
1 kl cumin powder
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp black pepper

Persionsa:
4 peaches or nectarines
1 red onion
½ bone coriander
Juice of 1 lime
1 tsp of salt
1 TL Honey
3 tbsp olive oil

32 pieces of soft tacos (approximately 4 per person of 10 cm diameter)

Jalapeño mayonnaise

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cut the cod into 3 cm pieces, mix everything for the marinade together.

Mix the cod cubes underneath and let it marinate for at least 1 hour in a fridge.

Cut the peaches into slices and fine cubes, mix with the finely cut onion and the rest of the ingredients.

Place a grill pan on the heat and heat them firmly without fat, put the tacos on both sides so that they get nice roasted lines.

Lightly grease the pan with oil and grill the fish cubes on both sides.

Fill the tacos with the fish, salsa and the jalapeño mayo.

Serve extra coriander and lime!
