Preparation method

How do you make this?

Make falafel: Put all the ingredients for the falafels in a food processor and grind to a fine mixture. Spread the falafel mixture evenly on the wraps. Heat some oil in a frying pan and place the wraps with the chickpea side down in the pan. Bake for about 5 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Also fry the bottom.

Prepare salad: Finely chop the tomatoes, cucumber, red onion and parsley. Mix everything in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.

Make Tahin look sauce: Mix the tahini, garlic, salt, lime juice and water in a bowl with a whisk into a creamy sauce. If necessary, add extra water for the desired consistency.

Filling wraps: Seat the fried wraps with the salad. Sprinkle generously with the Tahin look sauce. Roll the wraps or serve them folded open.

Serve: Serve immediately while they are warm and crispy.
