What do you need?

800 G chicken buttocks, meat without leg
1 bag of Santa Maria Fajita Mix
Peanut oil to bake in
8 Tortillas

Jalapeño Mayo:
1 egg
300 ml peanut oil
Salty
1 tbsp mustard
2 tbsp imposed jalapeño peppers without juice
2 clay honey

Mango salad:
1 large, ripe mango
1 red onion
1 green & red pepper
Black pepper and salt
4 tbsp vinegar
6 tbsp of rapeseed oil
1 bone flat parsley

Jalapeño Mayo:
1 egg
300 ml peanut oil
Salty
1 tbsp mustard

Mango salad:
1 large, ripe mango

4 tbsp vinegar
6 tbsp of rapeseed oil
1 bone flat parsley

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Chicken: Cut the meat from the chicken thighs into strips, put in a bowl and mix in the fajita herbs, let it stand.

Meanwhile, make the Mayo and Mango salad.

Jalapeño Mayo: All ingredients must be at room temperature.

Put all the ingredients in high measuring cup.

Start your hand blender at the bottom and work up slowly.

Taste and season something.

Mango salad:

Cut all the ingredients into fine cubes and mix under each other.

Heat the tortillas in the pan, oven or microwave.

Fry the chicken strips in a warm pan with oil, color them well!

Put all the ingredients in separate jars on the table, start filling your fajita and let the short vacation begin. 🙂
