Ingredients

Quantity: 2p

2 Boudoirs
2 tbsp of instant coffee
2 tbsp coconut blossom sugar
Unsweetded cocoa powder
2 tbsp warm water
2 glasses of milk
4 CL Amaretto
Ice blocks

Preparation method

Put the coconut blossom sugar, instant coffee and warm water in a mixing bowl.

Mix everything with the hand mixer until you get Coffee Clouds.

Fill your glass with ice blocks, fill with milk and amaretto.

Sieve some cocoa powder over it and add the coffee clouds.

Finish with a boudoir cookie.
