Preparation method

How do you make this?

Make the vanilla pudding and let cool. Do not cut 8 slices of bread and open them on a flat worktop. Push the crumb with a glass around the crust thinner. Go through the pudding with the beater and put it in a piping bag. Spray the pudding nicely evenly on each slice, now place 4 slices with the pudding side on top of each other so that you get 4 toasts with pudding inside.

Beat the eggs in a large bowl with pinch of salt, beat the milk underneath and place the stuffed toasts in it, let them swell and then turn them. Make sure that all bread and also crusts are covered with the egg mixture, turn them carefully. Heat a frying pan and melt a lump of butter in it. Place the toasts in it and let it turn evenly over medium heat for 4 minutes. Turn over and bake again for 4 minutes.

Sprinkle each top evenly with fine sugar and go over it with the bunsen burner until you get a caramelized and crispy top. Serve immediately.
