300 g cold whipped cream
150 g dark chocolate min 70% cocoa
2 tbsp honey
3 large eggs
Pinch

Cocoa powder to finish

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Melt the chocolate au bain marie, let it cool. The chocolate should certainly not be too hot, but also not too cold.

Beat the whipped cream lobbig.

Beat the yolks with the honey and stir it under the melted chocolate.

In this mixture, stir the whipped cream in 2 times.

Beat the egg whites with pinch of salt and mix it carefully under each other until a homogeneous mass.

Divide the chocolate mousse into glasses and let it set for minus 1U in the fridge.

Finish with some cocoa powder.
