Melt the Easter chocolate together with the coconut oil on a low heat. Remove from the heat and stir regularly until the chocolate is completely melted. Pour into a glass bowl. Stir in the cocoa powder.
Separate the eggs, add the yolks to the chocolate mixture and stir. Mix the dates with the coconut oil chocolate mixture smooth.
Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt. Carefully mix under the chocolate mixture. Spread the cake pan with coconut oil. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 °. Allow to cool on a grid.
Melt the chocolate without stirring au bain-marie.
Pour over the cake and iron out with a palette knife.
