250 G chicken thighs without skin or leg
250 g Broccolini
100 g flower
2 KL Santa Maria Five Spices Herbs
Pepper and salt from the mill
1 red onion
3 toes look
1 handful of cashew nuts
1 big red pepper
Ghee or oil to bake

Sauce
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
Juice of ½ lemon

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cut the meat into cubes, put in a bowl and mix 2 coffee spoons Five spice herbs, season with salt and pepper, mix well and then mix the flour. Warm your pan on fire with some ghee, shake excess flour and fry the chicken on both sides nicely golden brown, until they are completely cooked and colored, place on a plate, hold aside. Stir soy, lemon juice and honey among each other.

Cut garlic, onion and red pepper into fine discs and color short and powerfully in little ghee in the same pan, add to the baked chicken. Add a little ghee in the pan and wok the broccolini briefly and powerfully for 3 minutes. Deglaze with the sauce, let it reduce and add the fried chicken and vegetables again, mix everything well and serve with or without rice.
