1 shallot
1 red pointed pepper
Half red pepper, without seeds
1 clove look
1/2 forest parsley
1/2 forest leaf parsley
Handful of fresh oregano
Handil
3 tbsp red wine vinegar
10 CL Olive oil
Fleur de Sel

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Remove the seeds from the pointed pepper and the red pepper and cut super finely.

Finely shredd shallot and garlic.

Pick the herbs and finely cut.

Mix all ingredients with the olive oil and red wine vinegar and season to your wishes.
