500 g of ground beef
2 tbsp peanut oil
1 large sweet onion
5 toe look
½ fennel
1 red pepper
1 green chili pepper
400 g canned red beans of canned, flushed

400 g tomato in cubes
700 G Passata
1 kl of smoked paprika powder
250 ml of red wine
1 cinnamon stick

1 kl fennel seeds

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Take a large cast iron pot, heat it and let it roast the fennel seeds, coriander and cumin seeds. In addition, a sublime aroma is released.

Coarsely pour the mixture into a mortar and bruis.

Pour the oil into the pot and stew the finely chopped onion and garlic in it, let it shine slightly,

Add meat and crush it with a fork, let it bake well.

Finely chop the fennel, pepper chili and add.

Deglaze with the wine, the passata and add the rest of the ingredients, season with salt, put the lid on it and let it simmer for 40 minutes, stir occasionally.
