8 pieces of almond sandy cookies
100 g pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp coconut oil
5 peated Medjoul dates, soaked, or add a dash of water to dough
pinch

Filling
500 g cream cheese
Zeste and Sap of 1 Citroen
2 tbsp agave

Finish
500 g of strawberries
100 g Wild strawberries
edible flowers

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cutter all the ingredients for the crust together in a kitchen robot. Add a dash of water if you don't soak the dates. Cutter until everything is nicely related.

Press the mixture well in a buttered cake pan covered with baking paper.

Bake for 20 minutes at 180 °, and let cool.

Mix the cream cheese with the agave, the lemon zest and the juice.

Divide the cream cheese over the crust, decorate with the strawberries, and possibly with wild edible flowers.

Serve immediately.
