Pumpkin cream: cut half butternut into small cubes and roast it in a pan with olive oil, garlic, salt and black pepper. Mix this with Parmiggiano and 150g cream.

Roast the fennel seed in a pan or put them in a 200 ° C oven for 4 minutes. Crumble the roasted almonds and preheat the oven to a max temperature for 30 minutes before baking.

Open your pizza with a little semola. Spread your pumpkin cream over your pizza. Add the roasted fennel seeds and the nduja. Cut the smoked mozzarella or fior di latte and place them on the pizza.

Bake for 7 minutes at 250 ° C or 60 to 90 sec at 400 ° C. After baking, sprinkle the crumbled almonds on it. Tasty!
