1kg asparagus
8 slices of ham
4 Hard boiled eggs
1 green lettuce, washed

Dressing:
4 tbsp Greek yogurt
2 tbsp fresh mayonnaise
2 tbsp finely chopped tarragon
pepper and salt

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Peel the asparagus, cut the bottom and cook them for 5 minutes in salted water.

Place them on some kitchen paper and let cool.

Push the eggs through a sieve or chop.

Mix everything for the dressing.

Cover a large dish with lettuce.

Divide the asparagus over the 8 slices of ham, roll them up and put them on the lettuce.

Sprinkle the eggs over it and finish with the dressing.
