My goat cheese roll went completely viral with nearly 2.2 million views on TikTok. Here in Ibiza, in a lovely setting, with a sunset and a pool, I wanted to create a new version of it.

I have very exciting news for you! For the second time, I will be Chef in Residence at Club Med Resort Vittel Ermitage, and wow, I am already looking forward to it. Such a beautiful place, which is completely draped in autumn colors just when I come to cook.
From September 30 to October 3, 2026, I will take over the kitchen, completely dedicated to comfort, seasonal flavors, and simply enjoying.
Think of a warm autumn getaway where good food and nature coming to life allow you to relax, walk, and in the evening taste my menu at the table.

New kitchen, a new beginning!
For five years, I have cooked, photographed, and prepared more than 1000 recipes for you in my old kitchen. So many beautiful memories..
Together with Louis Culot Kitchen Countertops I was able to create my new countertop exactly to my taste. And wow… I think we really found the perfect match.
Together with Tim from Culot, I looked at quite a few combinations, but in the end, it became this countertop. And I LOVE it. It adds so much more contrast and completes the kitchen!
And the best part? We are going to recover the marble from my old kitchen and do something beautiful with it. But I will tell you more about that later… 😉👀
